Understanding the Health Benefits of Natural Nutrition

Facts About Nutrition

First, please consider this one fact... there is NO drug that cures any disease - they merely suppress symptoms (except perhaps antibiotics for infection). Not only do the products supplied by Big Pharma not work to effect a cure, but they also kill and maim people.

Also consider the fact that nutrition insufficiency is 100% proven as a major cause of disease. It's also 100% proven to help or cure certain conditions.

Here's some Natural Nutrition advice and tips and things you need to know if you plan on staying healthy... What you put into your body is key to your Health... Facts About Nutrition is about understanding the health benefits of natural nutrition for people interested in taking responsibility for their own Health.

"Most men occasionally stumble over the truth, and then pick themselves up and continue as if nothing happened." Winston Churchill

Facts About Nutrition... The Role Natural
Nutrition Plays in Your Good Health

We all know there's a mind-boggling array of so-called natural health supplements and products available online... not all of them offer the best solution for your health. The danger is, of course, without some 'know-how' you could end up wasting a wallet full of money on some worthless junk or sometimes even dangerous products - and that's the last thing you want to be doing!

That's how I felt about it all before embarking on my journey of discovery for a selection of reliable, safe and effective natural health recommendations I am now able to share with you.

I've been following a healthy lifestyle for many years and during that time have had my wellness ups and downs with allopathic medicines and a couple of major health challenges before I eventually realised that 'natural nutrition' was the key. Many strong and often toxic prescription medications too often address only the symptoms and are really not good for dealing with the cause of dis-ease at all and, actually, the side effects can be seriously detrimental to your health.

Our bodies are natural organisms and introducing any un-natural substances can lead to other problems rather than fixing the original illness. Introducing appropriate natural substances (nutrition) on the other hand is a much better solution - much safer and usually more effective at getting to the cause of the problem.

20 Super-Foods

Make sure you have a cross selection of these super-foods in your diet - they'll help you to reduce the risk of heart dis-ease and slow down the ageing process...

In the following featured web pages and, where appropriate, we share insights and opinions learned over a number of years by offering health tips and by sometimes recommending quality natural health nutrients, products and treatments that may help you for a range of conditions.

And, lastly, most of the products we recommend are available with a strong money back guarantee. That way you can try the product and, if you are not happy with it, then you can get all your money back!

Enjoy the best of health.

Facts about nutrition... What to avoid

Avoid toxic chemical additives, preservatives and colourants usually found in so much of today's junk food and a lot of the pre-prepared fast foods on the market.

Avoid any chemical or unnatural substances, cooked or processed food and remember that bread is cooked. Please bear in mind that most medications, especially aspirin and cortisone, can cause calcium loss from the bones leaving one at risk for osteoporosis.  Cortisone also causes the body to increase in size considerably.

However, there are cases where other factors may be the cause. Gluten intolerance can appear at any age and create skin problems such as certain types of dermatitis, eczema and psoriasis.

Gluten is found in wheat, rye, barley and oats, so avoid anything containing these grains. Certain types of binders or starch modifiers contain gluten as do foods containing starches, emulsifiers, thickeners and stabilisers.

Monosodium Glutamate (MSG) is another hidden source of gluten, commonly used in Aromat, Chinese food, packet soups, gravies and sauces.

Gluten is often used to glaze processed meat, processed cheese, hydrolysed vegetable protein and as an adhesive batter for crumbed fish or meat.  Always read the labels of any processed food.

Gluten intolerance can also include any of the following symptoms - loss of appetite, chronic stomach upsets, muscle cramps, joint pains, headaches, nausea, anaemia, bloating and flatulence.

The following conditions can also be linked to gluten intolerance:  Regional Enteritis, Multiple Sclerosis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Sjogrens Syndrome (a connective tissue disorder), Schizophrenia, Autism, Diabetes and Infertility.

Alcohol and refined carbohydrates destroy Vitamin B complex, leading to nerve damage in the brain and spinal cord.  Skin sensations of burning, prickling or of insects crawling are some of the symptoms.  This may be accompanied by irritability, lack of concentration, vague fears sometimes strong enough to induce paralysis or feelings of inadequacy.
